At our sales we guarantee you will have a wonderful experience. We pride ourselves in the ability to negotiate, while still honoring the family we are working for. We use market values and appraisals to determine pricing. Please note: 

 

-All sales are final.

-A receipt for business purposes will be given if asked.

-There are absolutely no returns, as we sell all items AS IS.

-We want you to thoroughly look through items, test them out, and use the items on site to make sure it is the right fit for you.

-If you break an item, you buy an item.

-A sign in sheet will be provided at a specified time before the sale. Our sales are VERY busy, and lines will be starting even before the sale. Please plan on reading through our specific rules on estatesales.net on each sale listing.

-If you are rude at a sale, not respecting property, or not respecting sale rules you will be asked to leave immediately.
